Understanding Page Limits
Your monthly page limit determines how many pages of statements you can process. Here's what counts as a page:
What Counts as a Page?
- Each page of your PDF statement = 1 page
- A 5-page statement = 5 pages from your limit
- Reprocessing the same statement counts again
- Pages count towards your plan limit once processing starts
Billing & Subscription Management
Billing Cycle
All paid plans are billed monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Your page limit resets on the same day each month that you subscribed.
- • Monthly billing on the anniversary of your subscription or yearly depending on your plan
- • Page limits reset monthly
- • Unused pages do not roll over to the next month
- • Cancel anytime. (You can still use the plan until the end of the billing cycle)
Upgrading & Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard.
- • Upgrades take effect immediately
- • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- • Prorated billing for mid-cycle upgrades
- • Keep all your profiles and data when changing plans
